30 Knees to Elbows
45 Burpees
60 Walking Lunges
75 Pull Ups
90 Box Jumps
105 Air Squats
120 Push Ups
135 Sit Ups
150 Double Unders

30 minute time limit

Team WOD L2:

You, yes you…

May remember this workout from such weekends like “the first one in March”.  If so, you are wrong.  This is actually the exact reverse version of that team workout.  You and a partner get to chip away at a colossal uphill battle that is actually a fraction easier than the descending version.  Pace accordingly and break up the things that trouble you the most in a way that allows for constant moving and not constant not-moving.  Those of you who complete the workout in under 30 minutes will improve the weather by 1%.
